How does this help?

We will work on identifying specific triggers and where it stems from!

This involves deep Shadow work to include but not limited to: unresolved trauma, fears, limited beliefs, old patterns and behaviors, inner child wounds from parents, siblings, toxic friendships, worthiness, confidence, setting boundaries, and so much more!

I will be utilizing my current licensed clinical therapy background combined with my healing modalities of soul retrieval, Reiki Energy healing, shamanic journeying, ancestral timelines, and channeled divine guidance! Including cord cutting with Archangel Michael and so much more!

What does this Include:

1. Weekly 1:1-60 minute sessions

2. Daily Voxer support (during business hours)

3. Custom Recorded Healing Sessions 1-2X a month tailored to your specific needs!

The first 2 months will be really diving deep into the shadow work and peeling back the layers!

The last month will be personalized to your specific needs which could include but not limited to any of the following: spiritual intuitive practices, mindfulness, what it means to be an empath, setting boundaries, journaling prompts and business plans/goals for 2024!
