Hi! I’m Michelle
I am an Intuitive Soul Aligned Therapist and Reiki Master Teacher.
I have a background in clinical social work for the past 24 years. Although, I love helping people I just was not able to incorporate my holistic techniques into my corporate job due to the many rules and restrictions. I feel so passionate about alternative methods and my spiritual intuitive beliefs. I decided to take the leap and start my own business to help others in a different capacity.
It is my desire to share my healing techniques and knowledge with others as it has significantly helped me in my own personal health issues. I had to be my own personal advocate to improving my health.
Please note that I am fully licensed in the state of Michigan as a Clinical Social Worker. I have to take required continuing education trainings.
My story
I was in a horrible car accident when I was in my 20’s and broke my neck. I was incredibly lucky in so many ways!!! However, I started having a lot of issues with headaches, vertigo, neck/back pain, and arthritis. It was getting harder and harder for me to function and do the things that were essential, let alone doing things that I enjoyed doing! I was not getting results from my doctor’s and medications just caused additional symptoms. I tried physical therapy several times and had to quit each time because the pain increased. I started to get depressed and it was difficult to stop the perpetuating negative thinking that I had!
I had to go on medical leave for a year and a half due to being physically sick after absorbing people’s energies as a clinical social worker and not knowing how to protect myself as an empath. I have been an intuitive empath since childhood but did not realize it. I was also working in a very toxic environment!! I had scar tissue and damage from my car accident of breaking my neck and years of sitting at a desk.
During being off of work I was doing Reiki on myself as I had been certified in Level 1. I combined this with researching other holistic supplements and essential oils. During all of the self healing I decided I could not physically and emotionally go back to that job!! I found a new job that I thought was going to be less toxic but it wasn’t.
I just was not in alignment anymore and needed to do something different. That is when I made up my mind to start my own holistic healing business over a year ago!! At this point I had became certified in Reiki levels 2 & 3 and my intuition has significantly increased!
I was able to all of this because I was doing Reiki energy healing on myself as well as getting it from others. This allowed me to release energy blocks and physical pain I had for a very long time! I released so much in my solar plexus surrounding my self worth and confidence. I constantly sought out my self worth based on pleasing others and giving every aspect of myself without reciprocity. I didn't trust myself to make decisions and always wanted validation and advice from others. Clearing out these energy blocks allowed me to really dive deep into why I was repeating these patterns and unhealthy behaviors. It was not easy but was so worth it!! Reiki Energy healing amongst other holistic modalities have literally changed my life. I want to be able to offer these things to other people!!
I am now very physically active including hiking, camping, and I even went to West Virginia on a White water rafting trip last summer!!
I want to share my gifts with others
I am able to physically feel and see where there are blockages in the Chakra or Aura areas in combination with my guidance from spirit.
I utilize crystals and oils to amplify the healing process during Reiki sessions.
This involves balancing the mind, body, and soul.
I make various products containing essential oils to help with various medical issues. I can personalize a remedy just for you.
All of these holistic healing techniques have greatly improved my quality of life. I want to be able to share these gifts with others.
